About the role

What you’ll do

• Drive business transformation initiatives from requirements discovery through project delivery
• Define solutions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Prepare executive reporting, project dashboards, and governance documentation

What you’ll need

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
• Strong experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation
• Experience supporting testing activities, including test case creation, UAT coordination, defect management, and solution validation
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
