What you’ll need
10+ years in experience strategy, product strategy, service design, or customer experience
At least 4 years leading strategy engagements end to end
Track record of web or mobile app roadmaps that went into build
Strong qualitative research skills including interviews, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
Comfort reading funnel and analytics data to shape recommendations
Confident, polished presence with senior client stakeholders
