About the role

What you’ll do
Design, validate, and document customer solutions using Slack and Slack AI
Partner with customers and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, buildable, and support adoption
Support enterprise customer implementations as part of the Solution Design team
Translate technical design decisions to customer stakeholders and delivery teams
What you’ll need
8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services
Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms
Working knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities
Highly analytical with ability to work through ambiguity and competing requirements
Excellent communication skills for translating technical design decisions to stakeholders and delivery teams
Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture, ideally including Salesforce products
