About the role
BlackRock is seeking a Product Manager for its Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Solutions team to own data domains and delivery processes supporting investment operations, billing, client servicing, and reporting. The role partners with engineering and business teams to improve data pipelines, reporting, and tools.
What you’ll do
Own data domains and delivery processes for SMA operations
Partner with engineering and business teams to improve data pipelines, reporting, and tools
Elicit requirements and negotiate priorities with stakeholders
Build and manage product roadmaps and delivery
Scope and deliver features, epics, and releases with engineers and QA
Build working prototypes and navigate complex data models
What you’ll need
5+ years in product management, product ownership, or software engineering in agile teams
Experience building product roadmaps and managing delivery
Hands-on proficiency with ETL tools, SQL, Python, PowerBI or similar tools
Familiarity with fixed income and equity asset classes in wealth management
Understanding of post-trade processing through reconciliation and client servicing for retail SMA portfolios
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or certification preferred
