About the role
Mercury Systems is hiring a Principal Operations Program Manager to lead sustaining program performance in its Compute line of business, owning EACs, operations basis of estimates, and overall operational execution in a hybrid Hudson, NH role.
What you’ll do
Own EACs for sustaining programs
Develop operations basis of estimates for proposals
Drive overall operational performance
Assess program health, risks, and opportunities
Support quick-turn labor and material requirements and process improvements
Lead teams in an IPT and matrixed environment
What you’ll need
Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Operations Basis of Estimates and quick-turn requirements
Budget management, ERP/MRP systems, and Earned Value Management proficiency
Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, planning, program management, or process engineering
Experience working in an IPT structure and leading teams in a matrixed environment
US citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred
