What you’ll do
Lead design and production deployment of analytics, ML, and AI solutions
Provide technical leadership and establish enterprise AI standards

Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable healthcare data science
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in data science, math, statistics, engineering, computer science or related (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in predictive analytics, data science, or related field
3+ years technical leadership or mentoring
1+ year experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data stack (Databricks, Snowflake)
3+ years delivering LLM/generative AI solutions (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG) from prototype to production
Expert knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and healthcare analytics
