About the role
Kiavi seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead its Data cross-functional portfolio, driving ML, GenAI, and data products from concept to production. The role partners with Data leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes, managing execution, strategy, and communication.
What you’ll do
Drive the Data XFN portfolio of ML, GenAI, and data products from concept through production
Partner with Data leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
Manage execution and dependencies across initiatives
Guide product strategy, model delivery, data acquisition, and communication
What you’ll need
6+ years of product management experience with complex technical or data products
Track record taking ML or GenAI products from 0 to 1 into production and proving business impact
Hands-on technical fluency: SQL, cloud data warehouses, APIs, event-driven systems, and low-code tools
Experience with model evaluation, human-in-the-loop QA, and production monitoring
Strong business case skills: sizing, forecasting, ROI, and executive sign-off
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
