About the role

What you’ll do

• Own the technical architecture and direction of the enterprise AI platform
• Establish architecture, platform, governance, evaluation, and security standards
• Build prototypes and validate AI use-case designs across classical, generative, and agentic AI
• Guide teams from AI use-case design through production deployment
• Define reusable patterns and standards and lead architecture reviews
• Mentor engineers and architects and align cross-functional teams

What you’ll need

• Deep enterprise architecture, distributed systems, and systems-design expertise
• Strong foundations in classical ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and agentic/multi-agent architectures
• Expertise in data/retrieval/knowledge architecture, RAG, vector/hybrid retrieval, knowledge graphs, and text-to-SQL grounding
• Experience with model evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, security, responsible AI, scalability, performance, and AI economics
• Hands-on production depth with Azure AI stack, Databricks, Copilot Studio, Kubernetes, streaming (Kafka/Event Hubs), and DevSecOps
• 10+ years leading complex enterprise AI/ML solutions in production
