What you’ll do
Establish and mature the enterprise continuous improvement capability and governance framework
Lead the Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence
Partner with executives and business divisions to improve processes
Build organizational capability and sustain measurable business outcomes
What you’ll need
10+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, business transformation, operations, or related leadership roles
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement
Experience working with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive change
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
