What you’ll need

Proficiency in JQL, Jira dashboards, reporting, and Confluence administration
Experience with Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center environments
Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and Atlassian marketplace plugins
Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), including service requests, SLAs, and ITSM workflows
