About the role
Oracle seeks a Principal Product Manager to drive global growth of its Database Cloud Service, owning growth strategy, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. The role requires deep database expertise and familiarity with AI data concepts to increase product consumption.
What you’ll do
Lead growth strategy for Oracle Database Cloud offerings globally
Drive field and sales enablement activities
Execute go-to-market plans and partner development
Manage product commercialization and launch activities
Drive the entire product life cycle process from launch to transition
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management, business development, sales, or pre-sales experience
Well versed in Oracle RDBMS, Exadata, database backup and recovery, and Goldengate
Experience with AI data concepts: Vector data, RAG, MCP servers, natural language query
BS/MS or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related technical degree
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preference for enterprise computing, cloud technologies, and database technologies background
