About the role

What you’ll do
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding

What you’ll need
1–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Strong understanding of AEC talent markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
