What you’ll do

What you’ll need
4-8 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical jobs
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or 4+ years of related corporate or agency recruiting experience
Proven experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Advanced knowledge of ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting ethics
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
