What you’ll need
5-8 years of relevant experience in multifamily acquisitions, real estate investments, investment banking, or related field
Strong understanding of real estate finance, debt structures, joint ventures, and investment return metrics
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, accounting, or related discipline
Advanced Excel modeling skills including DCF analysis, partnership waterfalls, sensitivity analysis, and complex financial models
Experience analyzing operating statements, rent rolls, capital budgets, and market data
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail
