About the role

What you’ll do
Support, administer, engineer, and improve IAM technologies
Maintain secure and reliable identity, authentication, authorization, and access services
Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to implement IAM solutions
Support identity lifecycle management and access governance
Provide off-hours support for major incidents and critical activities when required
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, infrastructure, systems administration, or application support
Deep technical knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
Strong understanding of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, federation, passwordless authentication, RBAC, and least-privilege principles
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple technical assignments and priorities in a dynamic operational environment
