About the role
GRAFF is seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Architect to identify, develop, and implement AI and automation initiatives across the organization. This role combines deep SyteLine/ERP expertise with Microsoft AI technologies and custom development to improve business processes.
What you’ll do
Identify AI and automation opportunities across departments
Develop and implement AI solutions
Implement automation throughout the organization
Manage SyteLine/ERP workflows, forms, and APIs
Integrate systems using REST APIs, Power Platform, and EDI
Lead change management, user training, and adoption
What you’ll need
Deep knowledge of SyteLine (CSI) and Mongoose
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering
Proficiency in SQL, data governance, and master data management
Experience with REST APIs, Power Platform, middleware, and EDI
Business process expertise in quote-to-cash, customer service, and pricing
Strong development skills in JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL
