About the role
The Brattle Group is seeking an early-career Data & AI Engineer to support client delivery, applied R&D, and internal capability-building through data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled workflows.
What you’ll do
Support client delivery through data engineering and analytics
Contribute to applied research and development
Build AI-enabled workflows and reusable tools
Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field
0-3 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics, applied AI, or related work
Hands-on experience building at least one working AI-enabled application or automated workflow
Strong foundation in Python and SQL
Familiarity with statistics, machine learning, or experimental evaluation
Exposure to generative AI workflows such as RAG or model evaluation
