About the role
Cprime seeks an experienced delivery leader to direct complex enterprise Atlassian engagements, oversee financial and operational performance, maintain executive client relationships, and help grow the Atlassian practice.
What you’ll do
Lead delivery of complex enterprise Atlassian engagements
Oversee engagement operations and financial performance
Maintain strong client relationships
Support growth of the Atlassian practice
Lead and manage delivery teams
What you’ll need
8+ years in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise delivery management
5+ years with Atlassian technologies including Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Atlassian Cloud
3–5+ years of people management experience
Experience managing large-scale enterprise client engagements and complex implementations
Strong financial acumen with engagement budgets, profitability, margins, utilization, and forecasting
Experience with SOWs, delivery plans, Agile, SDLC, DevOps, and executive client relationships
