About the role
Citizens is hiring a Product Owner to lead the Everyday AI Productivity portfolio, defining strategy, prioritizing AI tools, and governing costs and adoption. This role partners with technology and business teams to deliver compliant, impactful AI capabilities across a large regulated enterprise.
What you’ll do
Define strategy and prioritize AI tools, capabilities, connectors, and use cases
Partner with technology and business teams to deliver and govern AI tools
Manage licensing, utilization, and costs for AI products
Measure impact of AI portfolio and drive colleague adoption
Manage backlogs and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
Build internal playbooks and adapt to evolving vendor capabilities
What you’ll need
3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar owning enterprise technology products, platforms, or programs
Experience managing backlogs and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
Ability to explain technical capability to non-technical audiences
Experience launching or scaling technology in a large regulated enterprise, including change management and adoption
Experience working with risk, security, compliance, and cross-functional review cycles
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, including pilots or driving adoption
