Own data models, integrations, APIs, and production reliability

Drive delivery of reliable, business-critical systems
Manage risk, prioritization, and accountability
What you’ll need
5+ years of software engineering experience
Experience as a Tech Lead, Tech Lead Manager, or Engineering Manager
Strong prior track record as a senior/staff-level backend engineer
Hands-on fullstack development experience with Go, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
Database fluency in schema design, query performance, and scaling strategies
Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka/Redpanda, AWS, and Kubernetes
