What you’ll do

• Set strategy and priorities for operations across Product, Engineering, and Technical Solutions
• Lead and develop the PETS operations team
• Improve operating effectiveness through planning, measurement, processes, and systems
• Drive change and adoption across teams not directly managed
• Build measurement models from no baseline to inform decisions
• Prepare points of view and materials for executives and board

What you’ll need

• Experience leading operations for Product, Engineering, and/or Technical Solutions at a high-growth startup
• Track record of setting strategy and driving change through teams you don't manage
• Comfortable challenging senior leaders and executives
• Ability to build measurement from no baseline (cost to serve, capacity/effort, unit economics) to change decisions
• Fluency in how engineering teams work, including SDLC, triage, and process
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing team, including build-vs-buy and operating cadence decisions
