About the role

What you’ll do

• Own the product backlog for commercial systems supporting pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes
• Define business needs and build-ready requirements
• Partner with architects and engineers through delivery
• Validate outcomes with commercial stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders across commercial, finance, and technology teams
• Take ownership of problems and outcomes from definition through delivery

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, product management, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Quote-to-Cash platforms
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes
• Experience with DocuSign, Conga, billing platforms, Salesforce, contract workflows, and commercial systems integrations
• Experience in RevOps and Commercial Ops, including pricing changes and complex deal structures
• Experience with product backlogs, requirements definition, process optimization, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership
• Experience in B2B SaaS and M&A-driven system requirements
