About the role
Garner Health is hiring a Senior GRC Analyst to own risk assessments, vendor reviews, findings remediation, and security training, scaling the GRC function with AI and automation. The role is remote across the U.S., with a target base salary of $155,000–185,000.
What you’ll do
Own annual information security risk assessment and risk register
Manage risk exceptions and prepare risk acceptances for leadership
Run third-party and vendor risk reviews
Track security findings remediation with Engineering
Run security and compliance training program
Scale GRC function with AI and automation
What you’ll need
5+ years in GRC, IT risk, third-party risk, or security compliance
Experience with risk assessments and risk registers using NIST CSF or ISO 27005
Hands-on vendor risk and findings remediation in cloud-native environments
Working knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST
Ability to drive accountability across teams and adapt communication style
GRC engineering mindset with scripting and LLM automation experience
