About the role

What you’ll do
Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for light industrial staffing
Build candidate pipelines through social media, community outreach, and other recruiting channels

Ensure I-9 verification and hiring compliance
What you’ll need
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with Facebook recruiting groups and social media recruiting platforms
Tech-friendly and comfortable using ATS systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of onboarding procedures, I-9 verification, and hiring compliance processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with high-volume recruiting, staffing, warehouse, or community outreach preferred
