About the role
Rain seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead its compliance product area, defining strategy and roadmaps for financial crime, licensing, and regulatory readiness, and translating regulatory obligations into product requirements while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams.
What you’ll do
Own Rain's compliance product area across financial crime, licensing, regulatory readiness, and card network/issuing-bank obligations
Define product strategy and roadmaps for compliance tooling
Translate regulatory obligations into product requirements
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, Partnerships, banks, networks, and customers
What you’ll need
8+ years in product management with 3+ years owning compliance, risk, identity, or payments products in a regulated environment
Working fluency in AML/CFT including KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, monitoring typologies, and SAR workflows
Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service
Track record of shipping systems where correctness matters, with technical depth to design data models and APIs
Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or onchain settlement, including blockchain analytics
Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar control frameworks
