About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead operating performance and growth of three Financial Products teams
• Translate strategy into customer onboarding, enablement, adoption, and spend-growth motions
• Develop, coach, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced environment
• Improve operational efficiency and scalability of customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Drive measurable commercial results through performance management and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Support, and Operations

What you’ll need

• 7+ years in financial services, fintech, SaaS, client onboarding, customer success, sales, operations, or a related field
• 3+ years leading teams, including managing managers or leading through other leaders
• Demonstrated ability to own a multi-team operating plan and deliver measurable business results
• Experience building scalable processes for complex customer onboarding, implementation, enablement, or product adoption
• Strong business judgment and analytical skills connecting operating metrics to customer and commercial outcomes
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering cross-functionally, using Salesforce and business reporting tools
