What you’ll need
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience in RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume corporate recruiting
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, hiring managers, and deadlines
Strong direct-sourcing and passive-candidate outreach skills
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Microsoft Office, and Teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PEO/HCM payroll or HR services experience preferred
