What you’ll need
Associate's degree in HIM or relevant healthcare field with 3+ years coding experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years coding experience
Current CPC (AAPC) or CCS-P (AHIMA) certification in good standing
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding and current reimbursement and billing compliance rules
Knowledge of CMS and other federally funded programs for Professional Part B services
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications
