1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house
Portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems
Attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
Advanced design skills in Figma
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Working knowledge of AfterEffects is a plus
