About the role
The Aspen Group is seeking a senior Workday Recruiting specialist to own and optimize Workday Recruiting configuration, governance, and system performance, while supporting Workday Talent modules and partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to improve hiring processes, talent data, and user experience.
What you’ll do
Own and optimize Workday Recruiting configuration, governance, and system performance
Support Workday Talent modules
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders
Improve hiring processes, talent data, and user experience
Lead Workday solutions from discovery through deployment, including testing strategy and change management
What you’ll need
4–7+ years of Workday HCM experience with deep hands-on Workday Recruiting expertise
Workday Pro or Consultant Certification
Proven ownership of end-to-end Recruiting configuration in a medium-to-large enterprise
Strong working knowledge of Talent/Performance modules and the broader HCM ecosystem
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with functional HR knowledge
