About the role
Precision Neuroscience is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Machine Learning to own the product lifecycle for neural decoding capabilities and coordinate ML feature planning and delivery with clinical and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Own the product lifecycle for neural decoding capabilities
Coordinate ML feature planning and delivery with clinical and cross-functional teams
Drive end-to-end product development for complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Manage sprint planning, backlog management, and epic/story creation in Agile development
Partner with ML engineers to deliver ML-led features
Collaborate with SW engineers, UX researchers and designers, and clinical professionals
What you’ll need
3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in brain-computer interfaces, machine learning, and/or AI-driven products
Proven ability to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for complex projects
Proven experience in Agile development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and epic/story creation
Technical fluency in machine learning concepts, methodologies, and data pipelines
Strong track record working with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, SW engineers, UX researchers/designers, and clinical professionals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
