About the role
Liechty Homes seeks a senior Production Manager to design and run a production scheduling system that moves sold homes through charge-out, coordinating crews, subcontractors, manufacturers, carriers, and materials while training teams to follow the process.
What you’ll do
Design and operate the production system from completed sale through charge-out
Create the production calendar and scheduling rules
Coordinate crew, subcontractor, manufacturer, carrier, and material availability
Train teams to follow the shared production process
Establish trade partner accountability through communication standards, documentation, and scorecards
What you’ll need
5+ years of construction, homebuilding, or production project management, including multi-site, scattered-site, or residential work
Hands-on experience building or implementing a scheduling system for many concurrent jobs
Proven ability to build trade partner accountability without constant on-site supervision
Strong facilitation, leadership, organization, and high emotional intelligence
Systems fluency in scheduling software, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and photo documentation
Experience with lean or critical-chain scheduling, or dashboards and KPIs in Power BI or Excel; associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
