About the role
Katalyst Space seeks a Director of Product to lead product strategy for its autonomous spacecraft servicing and satellite upgrading systems, owning integrated roadmaps, positioning, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and leadership.
What you’ll do
Own integrated product roadmaps across hardware and software portfolio
Define product positioning and requirements

Drive product execution and delivery in resource-constrained environments
Translate technical capabilities into value propositions and GTM alignment
Manage a portfolio of integrated technologies and new product development
What you’ll need
3+ years as Product Manager owning complex hardware-enabled products
Demonstrated hardware product expertise and lifecycle ownership
Experience leading and managing product teams
Experience with upstream product and marketing, including customer discovery
Experience managing a portfolio of integrated technologies
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
