What you’ll do
Own architecture of AI agents and multi-agent workflows
Build evaluation systems to catch regressions and block bad releases
Develop retrieval and personalization capabilities for financial guidance
Implement tracing and observability feedback loops from production to development
Review teammates' designs and merge requests with rigor
Experiment with new models and agent patterns to improve products
What you’ll need
Shipped agentic AI to real users
Deep experience with LangGraph or a similar orchestration framework
Built production RAG systems with hybrid search, reranking, and grounding
Fine-tuned or distilled small language models with LoRA/QLoRA and served via vLLM/TGI/SGLang
Strong Python and full-stack experience across FastAPI/Django, React/TypeScript, and cloud
Experience with evaluation systems including LLM-as-a-judge, golden datasets, and A/B tests
