About the role

Federal consulting experience

Understanding of OCM theories and models such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, and Lewin's Change Management Model
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret Clearance
Experience with ServiceNow and digital tools for stakeholder reporting and dashboards
