What you’ll do

• Set technology strategy for Group Benefits enrollment and billing platforms
• Modernize legacy systems and platforms
• Oversee delivery across the enrollment-to-billing lifecycle
• Drive process automation and operational improvements at enterprise scale
• Improve data quality, financial accuracy, operational controls, resilience, and customer outcomes
• Build and develop high-performing, inclusive engineering teams

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of technology or engineering experience leading strategy, architecture, and delivery
• Proven track record modernizing legacy systems and delivering platform engineering at enterprise scale
• Strong knowledge of group benefits, employee benefits, insurance, or adjacent financial-services domains
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures, APIs, integration patterns, data platforms, event-driven design, and security
• Ability to shape long-term technology strategy, manage investment tradeoffs, and lead through ambiguity
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
