About the role
Apple is looking for an AI Tools & Automation Specialist to design and build practical AI tools and automations for its TV App Platform teams, prototype with engineering partners, and help colleagues adopt AI effectively.
What you’ll do
Design and build practical AI tools and automations for editorial, programming, and testing teams
Develop prototypes with engineering partners
Help colleagues use AI effectively
Document work and explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues
Spot errors, gaps, and bias in AI output and design checks and review steps
Turn repeatable processes into reports, dashboards, or workflows
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI coding assistants
Good judgment when reviewing AI output, including spotting errors, gaps, and bias
Working knowledge of a scripting or web language and comfort with APIs, structured data, and spreadsheets
Familiarity with agentic workflows and connecting AI to data such as RAG
Clear communicator with experience in version control, test automation, or deploying small web applications
