About the role
This Business Analyst role focuses on Veeva Vault eTMF migrations in regulated life sciences, partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, validate, and stabilize compliant data and document transfers. The position requires deep TMF/GxP knowledge and hands-on migration experience.
What you’ll do
Support planning, execution, validation, and stabilization of Veeva Vault eTMF migrations
Partner with clinical, quality, IT, vendor, and platform teams
Deliver accurate, compliant, business-ready migration of eTMF data and documents
Document functional requirements, process flows, data mapping rules, test cases, traceability matrices, and migration deliverables
Support UAT, defect management, production readiness, go-live planning, and hypercare support
Migrate content from legacy eTMF systems into Veeva Vault
What you’ll need
5+ years as a Business, Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional Analyst supporting clinical, regulatory, or GxP applications
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Operations, preferably eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup, or Site Connect
Proven eTMF migration experience including document migration, metadata mapping, source-to-target reconciliation, and validation testing
Strong understanding of TMF processes, TMF Reference Model, inspection readiness, audit trails, and clinical document lifecycle
Experience in regulated life sciences with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, validation, change control, and data integrity
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
