About the role

What you’ll do
Own end-to-end incentive plan configuration, testing, deployment, and reporting
Ensure payout accuracy
Develop reusable AI workflows for plan building, crediting diagnostics, and data validation
Partner with Sales Ops, technology, and data teams
Reconcile large transaction datasets and trace issues to root cause
Turn stakeholder requirements into reports
What you’ll need
5+ years in incentive compensation administration or ICM systems
3+ years hands-on plan building in an enterprise ICM platform
Experience with SAP SIM/SAP Commissions rules, credit and measurement logic, quota and position setup, and plan XML import/export
Experience building AI-assisted workflows or reusable AI tools
Advanced Excel and large dataset reconciliation skills
Working knowledge of Salesforce
