About the role
Monarch seeks experienced product managers to lead high-impact areas of its all-in-one personal finance platform, owning discovery through delivery and iteration. The role demands strong technical fluency, consumer instincts, and experience in fintech or trust-sensitive domains, with flexibility for Senior, Staff, or Principal level.
What you’ll do
Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on high-leverage product areas
Manage end-to-end responsibility from opportunity identification through shipping and iterating in-market
Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear priorities, tradeoffs, and sequenced paths
Make decisions using quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer feedback
Collaborate across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership
Push ways of working by leveraging new technologies, AI, and workflows
What you’ll need
5+ years of product management experience with shipped products
Strong technical fluency
Familiarity with financial data or data platform products
Strong consumer instincts and high craft bar
Experience in fintech, personal finance, or trust-sensitive consumer domains
Experience at an early-stage or scaling startup as a hands-on builder
