About the role
VitalEdge Technologies seeks a Senior Payments Solutions Consultant to act as the subject-matter expert for VitalPay, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to lead customer discovery, product demonstrations, workflow and pricing discussions, and ensure solutions are technically feasible and ready for implementation.
What you’ll do
Lead customer discovery to uncover stated and underlying business needs
Conduct product demonstrations for VitalPay
Manage workflow and pricing discussions with clients
Ensure solutions are technically feasible and ready for implementation
Guide customers through surcharging program design and compliance
Build and present pricing proposals alongside Sales
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
5+ years of payment processing knowledge including gateways, tokenization, PCI DSS, settlement, and chargebacks
Understanding of payments pricing structures and statement analysis
Experience with complex B2B software sales cycles
Experience with WorldPay or comparable payment processors and ERP integrations
