About the role
SHI International Corp. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and governance for its ServiceNow CMDB platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance configuration data quality and platform capabilities. The role requires deep ServiceNow CMDB expertise and experience driving enterprise CMDB maturity.
What you’ll do
Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and product strategy for the CMDB platform
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve configuration data quality and process adoption
Implement governance frameworks, data quality programs, and operational controls
Develop KPIs, scorecards, reporting, and dashboards for CMDB performance
Support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB optimization initiatives
Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption across IT Operations, Engineering, and Security teams
What you’ll need
Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Configuration Management, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, CSDM, CI classes, and governance best practices
Experience building or supporting enterprise CMDB programs in complex organizations
Knowledge of ITIL Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem, and IT Asset Management practices
5+ years of experience in Configuration Management, CMDB/ServiceNow Administration, or related disciplines
ITIL Foundation certification required; ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS certifications preferred
