About the role
This remote role manages and grows a portfolio of veterinary clinic partnerships, with extensive travel across an assigned territory. The Aftercare Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, helping customers strengthen their businesses while supporting pet aftercare services.
What you’ll do
Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships
Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews, and service consultations
Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
Serve as a trusted advisor and recommend solutions that support customer success
Partner with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless new-customer onboarding
Maintain CRM activity and achieve retention, revenue, and activity objectives
What you’ll need
3+ years of account management, customer success, or consultative B2B sales experience
Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships
Experience managing a geographic sales territory
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel 80–90% throughout the assigned territory
