About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead the Roblox Video Model from research through creator early access and scaled platform deployment
• Define creator controls, product strategy, evaluation, and cross-functional execution
• Ensure the technology delivers safe, high-quality, affordable real-time video generation at scale
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver complex technical products on time

What you’ll need

• Proven experience building, shipping, or supporting generative media products such as video, image, or world models, or real-time rendering and graphics technology at scale
• Experience productizing research and turning model capabilities into product priorities with fluency in quality, latency, inference cost, and compute tradeoffs
• Deep understanding of the product life cycle and history of collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Experience shipping to large consumer or creator communities, ideally in gaming, UGC platforms, or creative tools
• Masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Graphics, 3D Animation, Games Production, or a similar technical field
• Passion for user-centric product decisions, comfort in fast-moving ambiguous environments, and high independent drive
