About the role
Design and govern secure AWS environments for mission-critical RAG and data integration systems, setting cloud architecture and security standards across development, staging, and production while partnering with engineering and data teams.
What you’ll do
Design and govern end-to-end secure AWS architectures including VPC topology, subnet design, and routing
Define cloud strategies for multi-environment deployments
Design identity and access protections including IAM least privilege and policy governance
Implement KMS key strategies, encryption standards, and secrets lifecycle management
Assess cloud service integrations for security risks
Integrate logging, monitoring, and security event capture into cloud architectures
What you’ll need
Experience designing and governing end-to-end AWS architectures
Experience designing IAM least privilege architectures and policy governance
Experience designing KMS key strategies and encryption standards
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks including Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
