About the role
IDEXX is looking for a Payments Solutions Consultant to drive payments adoption and enablement for multi-site corporate veterinary accounts, partnering with account managers and customer teams on strategy, business cases, and implementation.
What you’ll do
Drive payments adoption and enablement across multi-site corporate veterinary accounts
Partner with account managers and customer teams on payments strategy
Conduct discovery and build value-based business cases
Identify expansion opportunities
Provide implementation guidance
What you’ll need
10+ years in payments consulting, solutions engineering, sales enablement, customer success, or account management for corporate/enterprise accounts
Working knowledge of merchant payments including interchange, chargebacks, funding, and reconciliation
Track record of leading discovery and building value-based business cases from processing statements
Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives, including finance and operations leadership
Experience creating enablement content and coaching sales teams across a matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Microsoft Office proficiency; experience in veterinary/healthcare vertical or veterinary practice management software preferred
