Lumen Technologies seeks a Senior Growth Intelligence Analyst to translate customer and commercial signals into prioritized growth recommendations, partnering with Marketing and Strategy to improve lead conversion.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in growth strategy, GTM, marketing analytics, or related function
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel progression, next-best-action concepts, and decisioning logic
Experience translating customer, behavioral, engagement, or commercial insights into actionable decision frameworks
Experience coordinating complex initiatives across Growth Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and/or technology teams
Strong commercial and analytical judgment
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without direct authority
