About the role

What you’ll do

• Configure and support integrations connecting clients' APX environments to external systems
• Perform post-implementation troubleshooting of technical issues
• Maintain and improve configuration tools and processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues
• Explain technical concepts and gather requirements directly with clients
• Conduct independent discovery by reviewing logs and testing hypotheses

What you’ll need

• 2-7 years of relevant professional experience in technical support, implementation, systems integration, configuration management, or client-facing technical roles
• Experience configuring or maintaining integration toolsets, or strong aptitude for learning complex technical systems quickly
• Comfort interacting directly with clients and translating technical details into understandable language
• Ability to troubleshoot independently by digging through logs and piecing together information from multiple sources
• Comfort with changing processes, tools, and approaches during ongoing improvements
• Ability to maintain focus and professionalism when integration issues are difficult to reproduce or resolve
