What you’ll do
Own internal operations tooling
Coordinate property management company integrations
Drive operational improvements and AI-assisted tooling
Manage multiple workflows across teams
Write technical tickets, owner emails, and integration plans
Lead meetings with operations and engineering stakeholders
What you’ll need
3-5 years in operations, project management, product management, or a hybrid of all three
Experience in property management, real estate, proptech, or a similarly operationally complex industry
1-2 years direct product management experience
Familiarity with property management software and modern product development workflows
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and M&A integration support
Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship
