About the role
ClearRealty LLC is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage month-end close, lease and property accounting, financial reporting, and cost allocations for its commercial and residential portfolio, while supporting audits, lender reporting, and acquisitions.
What you’ll do
Manage month-end close processes
Perform lease and property accounting
Prepare financial reporting
Complete cost allocations
Support audits, lender reporting, and acquisitions
Support accounting for commercial and residential property portfolio
What you’ll need
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience in commercial real estate or property management
Experience with property-level accounting, lease-based revenue/billing, CAM recoveries, cost allocations, and month-end close
Working knowledge of GAAP as applied to real estate, including ASC 842 and ASC 360
Demonstrated proficiency with Yardi Voyager including general ledger, receivables, billing, and month-end close
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Word and Outlook
